前 言
本标准按照GB/T 1.1——2009给出的规则起草。
本标准代替GB/T6111—2003《流体输送用热塑性塑料管材耐内压试验方法》，与GB/T 6111-2003相比，除编辑性修改外，主要技术变化如下∶
——范围由"管材"扩大至"管材、组件和组合件"（见第1章）;
——增加了以下术语∶组件（3.1）、标准尺寸比（3.2）、自由长度（3.3））;
——恒温箱平均温度，由℃修改为与℃（6.2）;
——增加了"尺寸测量装置"的要求（6.8），删除了"测厚仪"和"管材平均外径尺";
——增加并修改了试样类型及相关要求（见第7章）;
——增加了试验压力的计算方法∶根据试样公称尺寸和根据 SDR的压力计算方法（8.3、8.4）;
——增加了"试验已经进行了500h～1000h"时的处理方法（11.3）;
——试验报告中增加了"f）样品制备的条件"和"1）状态调节时间"（见第12章）;
——删除了原标准的资料性附录A;
——增加了规范性附录A、附录B、附录C.分别对管材、组件、组合件试样制备的要求。
本标准使用重新起草法参考ISO1167-1∶2006《流体输送用热塑性塑料管材、组件和组合件 耐内压性能的测定 第1部分∶试验方法总则》、ISO1167-2∶2006《流体输送用热塑性塑料管材、组件和组合件 耐内压性能的测定 第2部分∶管材试样的制备》、ISO1167-3∶2007《流体输送用热塑性塑料管材、组件和组合件 耐内压性能的测定 第3部分∶组件试样的制备》、ISO1167-4∶2007《流体输送用热塑性塑料管材、组件和组合件 耐内压性能的测定 第4部分∶组合件试样的制备》编制，与ISO1167∶2006/2007的一致性程度为非等效。
