本标准按照 GB/T 1.1—2009 给出的规则起草。
本标准使用翻译法等同采用 ISO 12968∶2010《建筑用绝热制品 外墙外保温系统抗拉脱性能的测定（泡沫块试验）》。 与本标准中规范性引用的国际文件有一致性对应关系的我国文件如下∶
——GB/T1725—2007 色漆、清漆和塑料 不挥发物含量的测定（ISO 3251∶2003，IDT）
——GB/T 4132—1996 绝热材料 术语（ISO 9229∶1991，NEQ）
——GB/T 9345.1—2008 塑料 灰分的测定 第1部分∶通用方法（ISO 3451-1∶1997，IDT）
——GB/T 18942.1—2003 高聚物多孔弹性材料 压缩应力应变特性的测定 第1部分∶低密度 材料（ISO 3386-1∶1986，IDT）

本标准由全国绝热材料标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC 191）归口。
