前 言
本规范根据中电联《关于印发中电联标准并网型微电网专项计划的通知》(中电联标准〔2017〕166号)的要求,由中国电力科学研究院有限公司会同有关单位共同编制完成。
本规范在编制过程中,编制组进行了广泛的调查分析,召开了多次专题研讨会,总结了近年来我国微电网接入系统设计的实践经验,在此基础上以多种方式广泛征求了国内有关单位的意见,对主要问题进行了反复讨论和研究,最后经审查定稿。
