2019-06-01 实施 前言 根据福建省住房和城乡建设厅《关于组织编制福建省公共建筑节能设计标准等 3 部地方标准的通知》(闽建办科〔2017〕13号)的要求,由福建省建筑科学研究院有限责任公司会同有关单位,在总结我省居住建筑节能设计的实践经验和研究成果,借鉴国内外先进经验,结合我省气候特点,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,修订了《福建省居住建筑节能设计标准》。 本标准主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.术语;3.基本规定;4.建筑和建筑热工节能设计;5.建筑围护结构热工性能的综合评价;6.空调供暖通风节能设计;7.给水排水节能设计;8.电气节能设计;9.可再生能源建筑应用. 本次修订的主要内容包括: 1.取消单列的福州市市辖区和厦门市节能设计要求,将其纳入夏热冬暖地区统一节能设计要求;
2.较大幅度提高建筑外窗热工性能限值和空调设备能效限值; 3.采用建筑外窗遮阳系数和太阳得热系数并行的节能设计控制指标; 4.补充完善建筑遮阳的计算方法; 5.取消“建筑节能设计审查技术要求”章节内容,将“建筑节能设计执行强制性条文措施汇总表”替换“建筑节能设计报审表”; 6.补充更新了空调、给排水、电气等产品性能表。 本标准中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文,必须严格执行。 目次
