前 言
根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发<2020年度省工程建设标准和标准设计第二批制(修)订计划〉的通知》(冀建节科函(2020)111号)的要求,河北省照明行业协会会同相关单位经过深入调查研究,参照国际照明标准文献资料以及现行国家相关法规、标准,结合本省的实际情况,在广泛征求意见的基础上,起草编制了本标准。
