前 言
为了促进结构加固工程领域的技术创新,规范高延性混凝土加固技术在河北省砌体结构加固工程中的应用,由河北省建筑科学研究院有限公司、西安建筑科技大学会同有关单位编制本标准。
本标准编制过程中,编制组调查总结了近年来国内外有关高延性混凝土的工程应用和实践经验,采纳了该领域内的最新科研成果,经广泛征求意见,反复修改,最终经审查定稿。
