前 言
根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《2019年度省工程建设标准和标准设计第二批制(修))订计划》(冀建节科函〔2019〕27 号)的要求,由河北工业大学会同有关单位编制而成。
本标准编制过程中,编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关国内标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,经反复讨论,修改和充实,最后经审查定稿。
