前 言
为贯彻国家有关节约能源、保护环境的法律法规和政策,实施可持续发展战略,进一步降低居住建筑能耗和改善室内环境,根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅关于印发《房屋建筑与市政基础设施工程现场施工技术人员配备标准》等4项标准制(修)订计划的通知(冀建工〔2018〕27号)的要求,本标准是在原《被动式低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准》DB13(J)/T177一2015的基础上,经过广泛深入调查研究,认真总结工程经验,修订而成。
本标准主要技术内容包括∶1.总则∶2.术语和符号;3.技术指标;4.供暖、空调和一次能源消耗量计算;5.建筑设计∶6. 通风、供暖与空调及照明设计和相关附录等。
