前 言
本标准根据河北省住房和城乡建设厅《2019年度省工程建设标准和标准设计第一批制(修)订计划的通知》(冀建质安函〔2019〕27号文)的要求,由河北农业大学、石家庄金士顿轴承科技有限公司会同有关单位编制而成。
本标准编制过程中,编制组进行了深入的调查研究,认真调查了河北省城镇污水处理厂的运行能耗水平,参考国内外相关标准和应用研究,在广泛征求意见的基础上经审查定稿。
本标准共分6章和2个附录,主要技术内容包括∶1.总则;2.术语和符号;3.技术要求;4.耗能统计;5.计算方法;6.节能管理与措施。
