前 言
根据省住建厅鲁建标函(2011)14号文的要求,规程编制组经过广泛调查研究,在试验基地及工程现场对比试验数据分析的基础上,认真总结省内外工程基桩检测的实践经验和科研成果,并广泛征求意见,制定了本规程。
